well, obviously yesterdays workout was harder on me than I thought,thighs feel like after my first marathon,haven't felt this tight in years, could be a good thing to keep strengthing this area as it obvious that it is a week spot. turned back half of today into a walk, so time on feet was achieved, but distance was low, still last week was good, and I,m feeling good about the upcoming week, off to a hot shower
