Notes

Ran the first 2 miles with the guys b/c they were warming up for fly 30s. Second 2 miles on my own. the first 2 were over 7 minute pace like many of our warm ups. The second 2 were around 6 20 pace. I have to think that i am regaining some fitness by making sure I got kind of quick (relatively speaking) on the later parts of my runs. Maybe in about 8 weeks I can find out what my fitness is like. Or maybe late october since I will be over 40 a week by then
