Notes

Solo run, used that as incentive to keep things extra easy and relaxed to help recovery. Felt like I was going SO slow the entire time which just kinda made the run drag by even more being alone. Kept to bridle the entire time, some miles were 8:25-8:30, some were 7:55. Meh. Quads still sore but slowly improving, feeling flat. Did NOT sleep well last night at all, a little stressed.
