Overall paces pretty consistent (6:16-6:00) but interestingly found that repeats heading south were always faster than those heading north. Garmin elevation doesn't seem to say there was a significant increase/decrease so unsure here.

This was a pretty challenging mental workout for me, once I got to 6 I was pretty spent. Took effort to "flex" my mental muscle and keep pushing for those last 2. Chased Katherine but she got a bit ahead of me towards the end. Pretty OK with paces considering this is faster than 5K pace for me right now.
