workout was supposed to be 1 mile easy, 3 @ 6:30, 1 mile easy, 3 @ 6:20, 1 mile easy, 3 @ 6:10...but it got dark and the weather was bad...I am satisfied still. Very windy which cost me time on south and east portions but helped on north and west portions.
