W2D2, day 2 of new shoes. Wore t-shirt on top of sports bra - felt heavier today, maybe because of shirt, seemed harder. Increased walking to 3.6 (3.8 for last interval) and kept at 4.0 for running (4.2 for last interval); cool down at 3.5.
