Pace runbut no estimated time as got there late. Ran 4.2 miles from Cricket start around to boathouse then up to barrier and down Lindellon gravel then right back to tennis court. Fast first mile...close to 7:00, then slower mile two uphill, then faster miles 3 and 4. Fast but not all out..
