Good run. No hip pain. Got pretty tired near the end, but it was my legs more than my breathing, which is a good sign for me that my cardio is improving. I tried much harder to keep to a 180 cadence on this run and succeeded pretty well, timing myself three times and hitting it each time. It did seem to allow me to go slightly faster without losing my "conversation" ability, but maybe contributed to the increased leg tiredness.
