Notes
Met up with the CRTR tonight for an easy run from Deep Lock Quarry. I did 3 miles on my own running north on the towpath. I returned and met up with Greg Dykes, Dave Peterman, Jen Begue, and Lin Danes. We did two miles running north on the towpath.
Then we ran with the group south on the towpath to Bolanz and back. Jen stopped along the way because her foot was bothering her. Dave and Greg were keeping about an 8' pace. It was a bit fast but I was able to keep up without too much trouble. And I did not feel labored so I let it go. We got back to Deep Lock and Dykes and I did an extra mile on the deep lock loop.
It was good to be running with people and to catch up with Greg. Glad that I slipped in 11 tonight. It was perfect running weather. Plus, I felt light and fast..
