Cold morning - at least it was sunny.
I headed out as the sun was coming out, hid my watch under my pullover, and just ran to feel. I could tell I was moving a bit but still negative split the run and mostly disassociated with my thoughts.
Still qualifies as easy in my book. No mental energy used during this run.
