Noticeably hotter today although I got out later, which was my fault.
I went east and was easy even though my pace looks faster. Basically it is down the hill and then back up. The tough part is about 150' climb over .7 miles from Key Bridge to Courthouse. Particularly when it comes at the end of a run like that. But I am just going to keep hitting it until I whip myself back into shape.
