Notes
I met up with Bobby Angotti, Pat Riccardi, Bruce McKnight, and Joe for an early morning run. We did multiple loops and just caught up on each other's lives. There was lots of laughter and joking.
The run itself was extremely flat and easy as we looped the .75 mile track. I sort of needed a flat run. Our pace was relaxed.
It was nice looking at Syracuse from on top of Stolp hill as we ran. It was a little humid but beautiful morning.
I don't even feel like I have run today so I will likely head out again for an evening run.
