L29, up Initiation Hill to the Valley Bridle Trail, Across 303 down to AP, trail to Quick. Back on Trail to AP. Road to L29.
Ran with Jen Begue, Jim Christ, and the rest of the group.
It was humid and I did not take water. The humidity affected me because I am not used to running in it. Also, this was my first trail ran since last summer.
Feeling good and ready for Sunday.
