Tonight's i-pace w/o is known as the rust buster:
400X800, 3 times. Plus a 400 to finish up for 2.5 miles of work. The times were fast for a first i-pace w/o.
Here were the splits:

800: 2'57"
400: 1'27"

Happy with the times. Fairly steady for a first time out of the gate. Bring on i-pace
