Probably the last day of a late summer passing through. comfortable run.
I actually felt fantastic for about 10 miles. No pain, soreness or fatigue. But then things started to slow down a bit so I just kept it relaxed and embraced the tired legs. Used the last mile to gently pick up the pace. Even though no now will accept this was a recovery run that is what I kept it as - one long recovery run. Legs are tired but everything else seems fine (especially compared to what I felt like after the race and yesterday morning.
