A toasty tempo w/o on the track.
I did 3X 1-mile with 75" rest in between reps. I was working (but it was more to due with the heat rather than the fatigue from the BT50K).
My reps were:
1) 6'27" pace
2) 6'25" pace
3) 6'24" pace
The DS Trainers were ok - but I was getting a hot spot on the ball of my right foot
