After two days rest to allow my patella tendonitis to calm, I did an easy run around the neighborhood. It was my first local, winter run. I felt fine (although I need to watch my diet - I feel heavy). I did not - however - have any knee pain. The snow was amazing and extremely heavy at times.
It was nice to be out on my old loop and since seasons road is finally open I can extend it further this winter.
Good 60 minutes of movement.
