First longish run of 2013. Absolutely perfect. Temp was 48 but sun was out and not a cloud in the sky so it felt warmer. I run up through RC park and back. Saw Obama's motorcade on the way out.
I pushed the pace on the way back and by 11.5 miles I was tired. I just gutted the rest of the run out.
Took one gu at 10.5 (about 1:35 in). I chafed a bit. I need to start getting back in "long-run prep" mode. Amazing what one forgets...
