w/ VR. Stopped by VR's house before work and we did a brisk run. This is the fastest I've run since CIM.
Last four miles: 7'30", 7'35", 7'28" & 7'24"
Nice to know the legs still can turn over. Think what happens if I add some striders and speed to the routine.
