W/o was 6x1k @ 3'37" (5'49" pace) and 60% recovery between reps (2:13)
Wind wreaked havoc on the reps heading south and pushed on the reps heading north. I took 2:13 when I was close to 3:37 and 2:10 when closer to 3:32.

Averages out to 3:34/35.
Given the wind, I am calling this a steady effort. Also - it was a tough workout but I didn't feel as taxed as last week's 5x800. This mentally felt much easier. And I did much better at 60% recovery this week. I do think it helps keep my pace in check though.
