Cold morning at the Ledges Shelter. I ran the half option of the Run for Regis,
We ran Salt Run trail before returning to do Ledges and Boston Run. I ran the first part on my own before linking up with sone runners from Canton. I was pretty tired by the end. I felt fine but was tired of being on my feet. I was running for over 5 hours the past two days.
The footing was pretty tough because of all the snow. But I persevered and got through the half!
This is - by far - a new weekly mileage PR! Getting a lot on work on my base!
