Today was 7x90" with 2'30" rest in between.
So these felt consistent and strong but the GPS is saying they were slower than last week. No biggie. I hit the second manhole each time and was past it on 1, 5, 6, & 7.

2) 6'59"
3) 7'10"
4) 7'08"
5) 7'03"
6) 7'05"
7) 7'09"
Either way I got stronger today
