Notes
Back from SD and running with the boys (Rob and Dan). We hit up Stein, ran down Oak and then took the towpath home. We dropped quite a few sub-8' miles between 4-10. These are quick but I feel good and did not feel like I was working.
I feel great but need to watch my diet.
As much fun as it was being out West - It's nice to be home and on my turf.
