Notes
The goal was 2x5K at 6'30" pace, which I thought was t-pace.
It was a little warm, I am a little fatigued from tuesdays w/o (12m @t-pace in less than 48 hours).
1) 3.1 miles in 20:35 (6'38" pace). This was tough but not too much. I know the next 5k was going to be bad but I thought I would power through. Rested 4'
2) 10' in 6'35" pace. Then I rested 2' - I just was having issues in my head.
3) 10' in 6'52" pace. Could not get the legs to turnover even though I was telling them too. I did not feel like I was slowing down but the gps don't lie.
6.1 miles at tpace...kinda.
