I ran about 1.5 miles before missing the start of the Halloween 5K in Lakewood with David and Anto. So I had to rip a fast mile to catch them and then I ran with those two until Anto dropped back. David and I finished just in under 28'.
I felt good for David and glad I could run along side him and help him out. One week until Marshall.
