Rob and I did 7x90" up the hill with 2'30" rest on the way down.

My goal tonight was to be steady and finish the workout strong. I definitely was stronger this week, which is a product of more frequent running and a little weight loss. I need to stay the course and keep getting stronger. I am a couple weeks away from normal. I am great out on the run but still tiring on hills.

Here were the rep splits (for what they are worth):

1) .18 @ 8'35" pace - off

2) .21 @ 7'18" pace

3) .21 @ 7'08" pace

4) .21 @ 7'16" pace

5) .19 @ 7'56" pace

6) .20 @ 7'36" pace

7) .20 @ 7'38" pace

Overall - I think the garmin was a bit screwy. I was slightly more conservative this week and wanted to get through the workout but I am skeptical I was ever at 8' pace or slower. Whatever...just keep plugging away. This was my best week of hills yet.
