Today's w/o is 3x15' with 3' rest @ t-pace (6'25")
1) 2.36 (6'22" pace)
2) 2.35 (6'23" pace)
3) 2.39 (6'17" pace)
Felt pretty good throughout. Really good on the last one. I was at 6'17" at the quarter and it stayed there throughout.
