Notes

I did 5X90" with 2' break. This was my first workout in about 9-10 months. Tried to push it but spend my energy out of the 5 reps. First felt great, I ripped the second one, worked the third, tried to survive the fourth and gave the fifth one all I had.

It's not as steep as VP but its not bad for where I am.

I was tired after the fifth one. Lungs were burning then. Now quads are burning. Time to get strong.
