I did a very easy 5 miler after four days of no running to see what's up with my groin. If I had to guess, I did something to it last friday when running on the icy and snowy path in RR Res. That is when I noticed something. But then again, maybe I did it last week while tempo-ing. Either way, it is still there but not as intense. I am going to keep stretching and ease back into it.
It felt good to be running again. But I am looking forward to getting back to OH.
Sucks my mileage goals got blown up this month. No worries - onward.
