Beautiful Morning out there and I was out gettin it done. I ran out into Rock Creek park until I hit the seven mile mark, then I turned back. Negative split this. Had a gu on me but did not use it. I dipped between 10-11 but other than that I was steady.
Feeling like I am getting my groove back.
