Notes
Did an easy morning run. I kept it pretty consistent but negative split the run slightly.
The weather is reporting 56% humidity but it felt worse out there.
Legs and feet feel good. I started to get a tiny bit bored by about mile 6 but the steady pace is thoughtless to maintain.
Also kept thinking to run smooth and light - focus on efficiency of motion.
