So at 430 I was up and ready to go. East coast time...
I was on the roads by 530. Just an easy exploratory run around SB. I was mostly in the dark for the first 70 mins. I ran out on a long pier, around the university, and then found coastal access. I loved running on the beach and looking up into the mountains.
This place is paradise!
Good easy run today. Going to try to go harder tomorrow. Legs and everything else feels good!
