Notes

Did a two-mile cool down with LT after the time trial. I was more tired than I imagined. We talked about the time trial as well as techniques for running flat-marathons (stretching head-to-toe each hour to prevent cramping as well as other strider-related exercises such as bounding, high knees, and butt-kicks).

Nice workout today!
