Ran the first ever Tryptophan Two Hour Two Mile at VR. It was a two mile loop. Rob and I did 5 loops. I felt good but I can feel fatigue after 6 miles. And my foot hurts without Ibuprofen. I think I better give it a rest or else rest will be forced upon me.
