Perfect morning..just a tiny bit chilly and low humidity (64%) - for us at any rate.
I did a very easy 5 on the B&H in preparation for the race tomorrow. I have a feeling I am going to smoke the Buckeye 1/2.
I finished up with a set of 6 - striders.
Feel fantastic after a day off I have a feeling tomorrow the sky is the limit.
