Notes
One big loop and one small loop with the boys (Epic, LT, Kmart, Jim Huen, & Peterman). It was fun running with everyone but I was not that motivated. Felt a little sluggish and tired.
Need to get out of DC and get back to OH. I was more tired on the hills than I anticipated.
