Notes
Another long run with Epic Running Group.
Lots of folks in on the action: Epic, VR, K-Mar, Hawkins, Ben, Susan, Pam, Meredith, Brandon, Courtney, Mike and Jen.
I was mainly with K-Mart, Epic, VR, & Susan.
We started at L29 and hit AP-Bolanz-RV-Ira-Martin-Shade-N.Revere-Oak Hill Rd, Oak Hill to Stine-RV to Boston-Boston Mills to old AP-down Initiation Hill to L29.
Three good climbs today (need to get the elevation change from Epic). VR, Epic, and I finished the last 3 miles quick (8'11", 7'58", 7'50"). Granted the last mile is downhill but it was still good leg turnover.
This was a great strength and endurance building run.
