Notes
I did 4X1200m at i-pace (6'08" pace) with 400m recovery in between (3'30"). This workout was tremendously better than last week. I was under control and hit all my marks (not easily but without too much exertion that I was exhausted).
My splits, according to Garmin, were as follows:
1) 4'35" (6'08" pace)
2) 4'36" (6'10")
3) 4'34 (6'08")
4) 4'33" (6'07")
Overall, I felt crisp and sharp and enjoyed having to focus in comparison to my easy runs. No more i-pace workout left in this training cycle. 10 days to go.
