Was supposed to do X8 and I only did 3.5 hill repeats. I would blame the weather but it was my head. The first and second one were fine and then I was just way in my head on #3. I got through it and tried to push through 4 but then just pulled the plug. Thought I'd jog home but apparently I was don't running today.

These days happen. We'll just try again.
