Not as sharp as last week. I felt like i was overwhelmed. Need to eat less carbs, drink more water, and eat more fruit.

Whatever...the weather was crap. The constant snow was rain by the time it hit the group. Everything was soaked and waterlogged. I felt a bit tired and there was wind occasionally blowing. Kind of a shitty day to do hills. Splits were slightly slower than last week as well. But all that said, I got it done. I found a way to hang on even though I didn't want to be there.
