Beautiful day for a run. It was perfect out. I enjoyed most of it and thought about how wet I have been getting on lots of rainy miles over the past two weeks.
My quads are still a little tired from the quad buster. I particularly noticed it late in the run. But I kept everything moving and got it done.
No gu or water. Just running.
