Notes

I did 4X1200m with 3'30" rest (400 jog recovery) in between reps. I just used the B&H close to home because this section is flat.

Workout went well and I hit my marks without overworking. The last two were tough but I was never in danger of not hitting my times. (LT asked these be between 6'10" - 6'15" pace).

Splits:

1) 4'41" (6'14" pace)

2) 4'39" (6'12" pace)

3) 4'41" (6'13" pace)

4) 4'38" (6'11" pace)

I am happy this is my last i-pace workout of the season. I am looking forward to doing well at Marshall and then just running for fun for a bit.
