Notes
So the VP bridge opened up yesterday. I did my first run back on the old course. The new bridge is nice. It was an easy out and back to Broadview.
Other than that - it was my first run in three days. I am easing out of 2014 and getting ready to rip in 2015.
Quads are still a bit tender from LHHT.
