Did a very easy 6-miler on the B&H to get ready for the next two days. Tomorrow, I am running a time trial with LT and then doing 20 on the Blue Line Saturday.
I finished up this run by doing a 6-reps of striders to energize my fast-twitch muscles!
I've done some great mileage this week and ready to hammer out the next couple days.
Legs feel like rockets....
