Picture perfect day to run in the res. no humidity and cool. Quiet.
I did 2x 7.5 mile loop (down vp, up Chippewa, Meadows, PV) and then backdown vp for an out and back on meadows.
Pace was 9'08" for the first loop (7.7miles). 8'58" for the second loop (9'04" overall). Then back down to meadows and and out and back to the meadow picnic area before one last climb up to 21.
So this means up Chippewa x2, Meadows x4, PV x2 & VP x1.
A bit slow overall and my left shin is barking but glad to get another long run in.
