Sticky, nasty humid this morning. Ran with Epic and the Natural. We did a big loop (I hiked Effy) and then two Lake loops. I was bonking with a mile to go.
Humidity was as bad today as its been all summer. But we got it done. Funny - you know its bad when there is no relief at 530am.
