I did 4X200m (~40 seconds) @ i-pace to simulate leg turnover on tired legs. Legs were absolutely toast during these reps. But they were short enough to see them through.
Reps:
1) .10 in 41"
2) .14 in 40"
3) .14 in 41"
4) .13 in 40"
Very similar to last week. It took a rep to settle into a consistent pace. As noted - legs were toast. Looking forward to a easy recovery run tomorrow.
