Lots of wind for the latest installment of the GJ50K.
I mostly ran with Epic, Jim Huen, & Dr. T.
I thought we went out too fast but was willing to go with it. All was well until Ridge Road when I was really zapped. Then I recovered after the aid station and Epic, Jim, and I worked together until mile 28 when I aggressively went after Dykes. I attacked my last three miles (all of which are downhill, but whatever). Wind was in our face until mile 20.
New PR by 18 minutes. I am getting into the best shape of my life. Period. Rob and I are going to murder boston next month. 43 days.
