Did a nice steady run tonight. I felt like my uphills and downhills were all easy and regular. It's incredible how much better I feel about running hills. This is one area that I have really benefitted in during the past month.
My legs feel fine and I was not as hungry as I imagined I'd be.
I am glad I got to run the Mt. Goat one last time while here. It's a challenging course but nearly as intimidating as it was when I lived here 2 years ago.
