Notes

First week of a hill cycle. Goal was 5X90" with 2'30" rest. Felt ok and reps 1, 3, & 5 were solid. 2 & 4 were a bit off.

1) .21 (past 2nd manhole)

2) .20 (2nd manhole)

3) .21 (past 2nd manhole)

4) .2 (2nd manhole)

5) .21 (past 2nd manhole)

Felt worlds better than when I tried this about 6 weeks ago. Recover faster. Now just need to build on this.
